Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

 Merry Christmas and

Happy New Year to everyone!

Just the annual reminder that the Christmas Season begins on Christmas and lasts twelve days just like the song says! Check out this post for more info on the Twelve Days of Christmas!

In other news, our Faith Formation program sponsored a baby shower for Mary (to benefit the families at Evelyn's House), and our classes celebrated Christmas early with some parties and creativity! The 7-10 grades wrote cards for some of our seniors who are currently shut in and also made little votive candle holders for our volunteers in the sandwich program!

Below are some pictures that were taken that weekend:

Some generous donations for our Baby Shower for Mary!
Thank you to everyone who stopped by and donated

3rd and 4th Grade celebration included a special ornament and
surprise gift of a manger for each student
compliments of Kathy Levy, our former 3rd Grade Catechist.

We were so happy to be able to bring back the Christmas Pageant this year and the kids who participated in the 4pm Mass gave a special gift of Joy to the rest of the community! We are so grateful for all who made this possible and most especially for our High School and College students who came back to sing, play music and serve at each of the Christmas Eve Masses! (Thanks too, to our former catechist and sacristan, Tho Le, for making time in his visit home to celebrate with us!)  It was wonderful to be together for such a joyous occasion!

As we enter 2022, we pray that you are able to experience a little more quiet, a little more down time and maybe a little more prayer time. We wish you a time of health and healing as well as a time of renewed hope!   Here is a nice video on suggestions from Pope Francis for a more spiritually abundant 2022!

Adding a couple of pictures in case you haven't been able to enjoy
our beautiful church during this season!

Please note: the new calendar and letter was sent home at our last class. If you haven't received one, there are copies in the church and it is on our Schedule page! As of now, classes will resume on January 9th, this however is subject to change as our Covid infections increase. Please stay tuned for updates!

God bless and keep you All!
