I hope everyone enjoyed this Winter Break and made it to Mass for Ash Wednesday! But if you are wondering what the point of those ashes are I will refer you to a good post from Lifeteen.

But that is just the beginning.
Lent is a season of transformation. A time of self-reflection (the ultimate "selfie") and an opportunity to deepen your relationship with God and with God's people. But it's all up to you. Sure, the church encourages us to certain behaviors but only you can know what God is asking to be transformed in your life. So listen to God's voice in your heart...ever present and ever loving.
We will see Grades 1-6 Sunday at their regular time and Grades 7-10 for Living Stations Practice from 4p-6p in the church.
